Investment Breakdown

  • This is when the scope of the project can be estimated/predicted and the fee offered to you is for the one “project” as a ”Flat Fee”; and which we discuss and agree to with you, before commencing the services.

  • This is when you, as our client, need various types of services and therefore a “package” with different options for Fee Structures are offered to you.

  • This is a flat, monthly recurring fee for at least a minimum of three (3) months, for our services; we propose what we feel is fair to you, our client, as well as to us, based on an agreed scope of services. The services may vary each month, based on your needs, but your budget is predictable. Many new clients who are starting business prefer this offer because we “hand-hold” you and your business through your growing pains without you worrying about the hourly rates or time-related fees.

  • This includes variations of fee structures combined together. For example, a 3-month retainer plus a particular Project Fee; or, hourly fees on unpredictable (time) matters and a Flat Project Fee on a Project. We can be as creative with you as the needs and context require!

  • This is similar to Flat Fees, but can also be a larger Project, within which there are smaller and varied Flat Fees/Project fees.

  • This is a straight hourly rate based upon the time and hourly billable rate of the person servicing the client; and, is more commonly offered when the scope of the services is unpredictable or, is preferred by a client when it is a one-time request for services on a particular matter.

  • We may offer a client to pay in installments each month based upon a total agreed upon value, until the total sum has been paid off.
